I was delighted with the room and its cleanliness and the quality of the sheets and towels. Particularly liked the quietness and the fact that the windows opened. Safe location for a woman on her own.

The staff was really very nice and the cleaning staff too.

The location to Victoria station was excellent, can't beat 5 min walk away! Got upgraded to bigger room which was great. Bathroom was shared for us but very large for a london bathroom.

Breakfast not included. NOt a fancy hotel, basic but suitable.

The room was very scruffy, ripped wall paper, damaged bed, hole in the wall, shower area tiny and didn't enjoy the screaming and shouting between other residents at 4,5,6am . Overpriced for quality of hotel.

The location is very convenient and the you get a lot for the price, it was clean and cosy, if you are looking not to spend much time in a hotel, this is a good place. Bathroom was shared but available most of the time, and very clean.

Walls are thin so its a bit noisy depending on your neighbours, they were also smoking but I guess thats not the hotel fault.

I was surprised how clean the room was. The bathroom was clean and very big.

Cold in the room but the storage heater soon warmed up. The cleaner kept leaving the door open leading to our area which meant that people saw us coming out of the bathroom

Good location, very clean room (en-suite room), nice staff and the price.

One man of the staff, who works at night, was very very very rude.. He makes me wait 25 minutes to give me a code to use the internet which i was pay !

The hotel is ok in terms of going round the city and quite friendly.

This hotel is too small for the value. The room I would said was more to accommodate for one bed and the bed was also too small.

Location was great for us because it is only a minute walk from Victoria Coach Station where our coach departed from early in the morning.

Only I had a possibility to open windows ...

I did not like the room at all !!! for 75£ My God!!! Grazy ..no toilet no shower - shared ...tiny, tiny, small room..no place even for luggage! I can hear all what next door nabour doing ..grazy

The location and the staff were the good things about the hotel.

The fact that in the site it says that all room have wifi, but it's not true.

It was close to the tube station and centre so good for going out in the city.

The room wasn't overly clean and the bedclothes could have been cleaner. There was no bathroom.

I guess we liked everything. Our hotel room was very nice and comfy. The only thing that could be considered as negative was bathroom in the room, because it was really tiny, but we did not mind. We laughed at it, so it was more funny than annoying. The street outside was very quite and the hotel is really only 10 minutes from Victoria station. I recommend this hotel for families with kids. We really liked staying at the hotel.

At first we got a really small room but since we stayed for over a week they gladely offered to make a change for us. After one night we were given a bigger room in another building. However, that room didn´t have wifi so the next day they changed it for us again. Kind I should think, though of course it would have bin better not to have to unpack and pack again.

Well, there could have bin a shower and a toilett more, perhaps. There were usually a small line waiting everytime you had to go to the bathroom. Also, the beds could have bin more comfortable, but they were ok and definately good value for your money.

The only thing okay is the location.

This hotel is a trap.
